Specialists in the intelligent use of energy

We work with the aim of optimising processes, in order to reduce energy consumption and contribute to business sustainability.

We continuously innovate to offer our clients high value-added solutions and services, which allow them to recover their investments and improve their energy systems in a simple and efficient way.

We contribute to efficient energy management with the aim of reducing costs resulting from inefficient implementation.

We develop electrical installations and assemblies designed to improve infrastructures and increase efficiency, both in new and existing installations.

  • Electrical installations in DPC.
  • Rack cleaning and patching..
  • Professional and industrial uninterruptible power supply systems: UPS and SAIS
  • Authorised low-voltage electrical installation company..

Energy efficiency aims to reduce energy consumption, and is one of the main concerns of organizations because of its environmental impact.

Implementing energy efficiency measures will help you, besides being an element of competitiveness, to reduce costs, improve your profit margin and reduce your energy dependency.

The European Union has developed a strategy for sustainable growth which aims to achieve a 20% reduction in the Union’s primary energy consumption by 2020 and to achieve further improvements in energy efficiency beyond 2020. From 1 January 2019, all public buildings must be NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Consumption Buildings) and from 1 January 2021, all new buildings must be NZEB.

Energy audits

Conducting energy audits allows companies to know their energy consumption, detecting:

  • Factors affecting your energy consumption.
  • The possibilities of energy saving within your reach.
  • The technical and economic feasibility of implementing such measures.

The energy analysis is also advisable for the implementation of an ISO 50001 energy efficiency management system.

The knowledge of all these data makes it easier for us to analyse them, evaluate the progress of the objectives and identify anomalies or deviations.

Auditorias de Eficiencia Energética

Royal Decree 56/2016 establishes, among other things, the obligation for organisations to carry out an energy audit every four years from 16 November 2016. Companies that must undergo these reviews must meet one of the following features:

  • To have more than 250 workers.
  • 50 million euros in turnover.
  • A balance sheet of more than 43 million euros.

Failure to comply with the regulations carries penalties of up to 60,000 euros.

BMS - Building Management System

Building Management Systems (BMS) facilitate the supervision and control of energy services such as heating, ventilation or air conditioning, guaranteeing their operation at levels of efficiency and savings.

Its main advantages include:

  • Single management of services.
  • Monitoring and target setting.
  • Alarm control.
  • Remote monitoring.
  • System backup.

A BMS system can efficiently control more than 84% of the energy consumption of an installation and its ROI is estimated at 2 to 5 years, depending on each installation.

  • 100% open system both at the protocol level and at the system and programming level. The client is the owner of the program.
  • Retrocompatibility: The devices are fully compatible over time, i.e. a 1982 device can be integrated with a 2019 system.
  • No dependence on manufacturer: The equipment has a minimum maintenance cost.
  • Integrability with other systems: The devices have gateways that work with different open communication protocols that facilitate integration with other systems.
  • Continuous training. Access to training on both the systems and the most innovative new solutions.
  • Solution adaptable to any size of business. Totally personalized and adapted solution from big surfaces to small premises.
Dashboard integral

EMS - Energy Management System

Energy Management Systems are tools that allow the monitoring and technical analysis of energy data in an automated way..

Electrical consumption control

Acquisition and processing of data sources from the power lines with the highest consumption.

Data analysis

Relationship of the data with the daily processes of each client, as well as with environmental indicators.

Energy services management

Periodic custom reports with proposals for improvements at the level of use or automation.

HVAC

The HVAC is one of the areas with the greatest potential for energy savings in the country. According to the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE, for its acronym in Spanish), climatisation consumption in tertiary buildings in Spain corresponds to 57.2% of total consumption, with 31% for heating and 26.2% for air conditioning, and in addition, the production of domestic hot water corresponds to 3.3%.

Aware of this need, we offer you modern and innovative air-conditioning and ventilation solutions, which can be centrally controlled by means of control tools:

  • Supervision and monitoring of the installation.
  • Integration in BMS system.
  • Hourly programming.
  • System alarms favouring maintenance.
  • Energy saving management through SCADA.
